Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor's Technician to join our fast-growing retail optical network in Texas. You will provide outstanding patient service, facilitate sales, and serve as the critical link between our clinical services and retail teams.

In this role you greet patients, assist with pre-tests, gather medical history, and help ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining brand standards and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and document patient history, perform basic pre-test procedures, and record results.
• Assist management with patient concerns and keep orders on track.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab area; report equipment issues.
