Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to join our on-site store team in Texas. You will deliver outstanding patient service while facilitating sales and ensuring a seamless handoff between clinical services and retail operations.

The role emphasizes appointment scheduling, patient history entry, basic noninvasive tests, and assisting with eyewear preparation to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, rapport building and empathy with patients.
• Collaborative, proactive problem solving and flexibility in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect patient information.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor lab area standards and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
