Job summary

Stanton Optical in Dallas is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale, facilitate a smooth transition between clinical services and retail teams, and help create a positive, memorable patient experience.

You will partner with the retail and professional services groups, schedule and document patient visits, assist with repairs and lens edging, uphold brand standards, and help ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses to customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability.
• Collaborative, respectful team player.
• Driven by results with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers and promote services and products.
• Coordinate retail and clinical services collaboration.
• Schedule appointments and record medical history in system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution.
• Ensure brand standards and housekeeping in store.
• Assemble lenses and edge stock lenses for delivery.
• Monitor delivery times and meet service promises.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
