Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school required.
• 2+ years of experience delivering customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to handle concerns.

• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to ensure a welcoming, memorable experience and promote available products/services.
• Foster strong collaboration between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information for pre-tests and history.
• Assist with patient complaints and ensure follow-up on open items.
• Maintain brand standards and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assist with lab and frame activities to expedite orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to meet service promises and adjust as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
