Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to serve as the essential first touchpoint in our on-site store, delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating between clinical services and retail teams. You will greet patients, gather information, assist with pre-tests and basic eye care procedures, and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required or pursuing.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering patient support.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history into the system.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in the lab area as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and repairs.
• Report equipment issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
