Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and facilitate a smooth flow between Clinical and retail teams. You will greet patients, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and help maintain secure patient records.

Optical experience is a plus, and the role offers growth within a supportive team. We require an associate degree or higher and at least 2 years of patient-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification in eye care or related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for appointments and products/services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient issue resolution.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Support clinical team and ensure a positive patient journey across touchpoints.
