Job summary

Shopko in Hudson, WI is seeking a Full Time Clerical teammate to support the Optical center by greeting patients, answering calls, booking appointments, and managing patient files. You will assist with various clerical tasks that do not affect patient vision.

The role includes on-the-job training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow in a retail/healthcare setting. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
• Solid interpersonal relationship skills.
