Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor's Technician role focused on delivering exceptional customer service at the point of first contact in our New York area stores. You will assist with sales, coordinate between retail and clinical services, and help guide patients through basic vision assessments and product selections.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience in a health or retail setting, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification required.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; active listening and empathy.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster collaboration between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information, conduct pre-tests and basic vision assessments as needed.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep stakeholders updated on job status; meet patient expectations.
• Perform basic lens edging and assembly to expedite eyeglass delivery; ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues or order problems.
