Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of contact with patients while facilitating sales and coordinating between clinical services and retail teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and drive an easy, memorable experience.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and record patient history in the system; perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates for orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab tasks to expedite eyewear delivery.
• Keep customers informed on delivery times and ensure on-time completion.
