Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the meaningful first touchpoint in our store, delivering outstanding customer service while facilitating sales and coordinating between retail and clinical services.

You will greet patients, gather information, and support pre-tests and tests, ensuring accurate orders and 100% on-time delivery. A strong team player with 2+ years of customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification (or higher) required.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers entering the store and identify needs to enable a memorable experience.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information; perform pre-tests and tests as required.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure timely status updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab activities and repairs as needed.
