Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in our on-site store, delivering exceptional patient service and facilitating sales while bridging clinical services and the retail team.

You will greet patients, gather information, assist with pre-tests, schedule appointments, and help assemble eyewear while ensuring brand standards and accuracy of orders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and empathy with patients.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborative team player with a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote services.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information.
• Support lab tasks and help assemble eyewear.
• Resolve patient inquiries and maintain brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and lab areas.
