Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to enhance patient experience by coordinating between clinical and retail teams. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with patient flow, and support eyewear care and orders in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or advanced certification (or currently enrolled) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to ensure a positive, memorable experience and promote products and services.
• Coordinate with clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist management with issue resolution and order status updates.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Support lab and frame processing to expedite eyewear delivery.
