The role emphasizes delivering exceptional patient experiences and staying up-to-date with lens options, coatings, and insurance coverage.

The position involves interacting with patients, managing prescriptions, and coordinating with technicians and managers to ensure timely orders and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required; ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Optician is strongly preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA requirements preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings; explain products and services.
• Enter prescription information into EHR/ALE system and maintain documentation.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care, insurance coverage, and warranty options.
