Qualifications

• ABO/NCLE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
• Explain insurance coverage, benefits, and pricing to patients.
• Enter prescription information into the EHR and ALE systems.
• Dispense glasses and verify proper fit and comfort.
• Adjust eyewear for proper alignment and comfort.
• Maintain clean and organized work and frame display areas.
• Communicate with technicians and managers about order status and issues.
