AEG Vision is seeking an Optical Consultant to join our on-site team. You will support Optometrists, assist patients with selecting frames, lenses, and treatments, and ensure a seamless, high-quality eyewear experience.

You will educate patients on care, warranties, and insurance benefits while documenting orders in the EHR. This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced practice.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in a retail or clinical setting.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with patients.
• Experience explaining insurance coverage and product options.

• Delivers exceptional patient experience and explains product/service recommendations.
• Assists patients in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings; asks lifestyle questions to guide choices.
• Keeps updated on products, rebates, lenses and frame options; communicates order status to patients.
