Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations Department in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving clinical and sales goals.

You will train Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain records, and uphold brand standards while coaching staff to provide exceptional service and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to accomplish store goals and support operational and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services to enhance experience.
• Drive personal and store revenue while delivering outstanding service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, and PEG standards.
• Ensure adherence to training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold store brand standards and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders, diagnostic lens trials, and inventory management.
