Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure clinical goals are met under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.

You will act as Manager on Duty to support operations and sales targets, mentor Doctor Technicians, oversee diagnostic testing, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain patient records, and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support overall store operations and sales targets.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode, and Digital Refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and certification requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
