Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional patient care and meeting clinical goals. You will partner with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to drive performance while modeling excellent service and adherence to HIPAA standards.

You will mentor Doctor Technicians, supervise diagnostic pre-testing and lens care, and ensure training aligns with PEG clinical standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Train and coach Doctor Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, local mode and digital refraction, lens care.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records and data confidentiality.
• Maintain brand standards and store housekeeping as needed.
• Mentor staff on patient engagement and problem resolution.
