Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering high-quality clinical services and outstanding patient care. You will guide technicians, ensure HIPAA-compliant record keeping, and help drive store sales while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty, collaborating with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to meet daily goals and train team members in PEG clinical standards and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team to meet clinical goals under guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support stores’ operational and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, drive sales, and ensure outstanding service.
• Oversee training for Doctor Technicians in clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
