Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store's clinical team and deliver a remarkable patient experience. You will supervise staff, train and coach team members, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and HIPAA guidelines while supporting daily store goals.

You will act as Manager on Duty, drive customer service and sales, and coordinate with the Clinical Operations Department to maintain quality care and efficient operations in an on-site retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or leadership role in a clinical setting.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Occasionally act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations/sales.
• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide training and guidance to Doctor Technicians on clinical procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
