Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving daily clinical and sales goals. You will supervise staff, coach technicians, and ensure HIPAA-compliant record keeping in a fast-paced retail setting.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will train team members, model best practices, and act as Manager on Duty to uphold store standards and patient experiences across the clinic and front-end operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, direction and guidance to clinic staff to meet clinical goals under guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store goals and coordinate store operations.
• Coach and train Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode and Digital Refraction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
