Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead a store team in delivering high-quality optical care. You will supervise clinical operations, train Doctor Technicians, and ensure processes meet HIPAA standards while achieving revenue goals.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to guide staff, manage patient records, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or current enrollment in a related program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Ops.
• Occasionally act as Manager on Duty to support store goals.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets while delivering strong customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians in pre-testing, local mode, digital refraction and contact lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant patient records are maintained.
