Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to coach the store team, supervise clinical operations, and partner with the Brand Manager to meet daily goals while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will guide Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain patient records, and uphold brand standards; on-site store leadership, training, and operational excellence are key.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to mentor and train others.
• Experience leading retail or clinical teams is a plus.
• Proficient with basic office software (MS Word, Google Docs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store operational and sales targets.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products/services clearly.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic procedures and PEG standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coach staff on proper contact lens insertion/removal and trials.
• Uphold store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping when needed.
