Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure clinical goals are met under the Clinical Operations Department guidance. You will often serve as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales targets.

You will greet patients, drive sales, train staff on troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to PEG clinical standards and HIPAA confidentiality in patient records.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Greet patients, identify needs and explain products and services.
• Drive store sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and team training.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on Diagnostic Pre-Testing, Local Mode and Digital Refraction, Contact Lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant clinical standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and store brand standards.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and lens inventory.
