Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, gather needed information, and guide them through the sales and service process. You will bridge retail and clinical services, perform routine pre-tests, and help ensure accurate and timely eyeglass delivery while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma or currently enrolled in comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse people.
• Active listening, empathy, and relationship-building to address patient needs.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to multitask in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and present available products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information; perform pre-tests and basic eye care tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep patients informed on status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab area; ensure timely delivery of glasses.
