Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate sales while supporting both retail and clinical services teams. You will schedule appointments, perform basic pre-tests, and help deliver eyewear with a focus on a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Effective communication with diverse groups; active listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient information, and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Support lab area workflows, report equipment issues, and notify when orders are incomplete.
