Physician Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to support seamless clinical-to-retail transitions and deliver exceptional patient experiences in our Clinton store. You will collaborate with the Clinical services team and retail staff to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service.

The role requires patient-focused communication, 2+ years of customer service experience, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering outstanding service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and capable of multitasking in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and assist in achieving store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient issue resolution and update on pending orders; meet patient expectations.
• Maintain brand standards and keep areas clean and organized; HIPAA-compliant record keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
