You will support PEG goals, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires an associate degree or advanced certification, along with 2+ years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities
