FlatironDragados is seeking a Learning and Development Manager - Operations & Technical Learning to drive learning programs that build operational and technical capability. You will partner with leaders, SMEs, and vendors to translate business needs into practical learning experiences aligned with company priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop program calendars, and implement assessment processes to measure impact and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years related experience in learning and development or similar.
• Experience in heavy civil construction industry is required.
• Proven end-to-end project/program management across multiple work streams.
• Strong presentation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own operations and technical learning programs from concept through delivery and evaluation.
• Identify learning priorities based on business needs and workforce gaps.
• Lead project teams and develop detailed plans for learning programs or events.
• Translate business needs into learning objectives and content priorities.
• Develop competency-based career paths and track progress in the LMS.
