Job summary

DN is seeking a Learning & Enablement Manager to lead and scale our Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. You will stabilize learning operations, build role readiness, and align programs to business priorities.

You will partner with Operations, HRBPs, and People Team peers to design and deliver practical, field-forward learning experiences that drive performance and adoption across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, enablement, or related HR/talent roles.
• 2+ years of people leadership, team lead, or project leadership experience preferred.
• Experience designing, implementing, and improving learning programs, curricula, onboarding, role readiness training, and development solutions for diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, blended learning, learning technology, and learner experience design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology with clear priorities and service expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver high-quality learning solutions and operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR partners to identify role readiness, onboarding, and development needs.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning roadmaps, curricula, and learner experiences.
• Oversee design and improvement of role readiness training, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design standards to ensure engaging, accessible learning.
• Own learning platform operations including governance, administration, reporting, and UX.
• Establish standards for learning intake, content development, and vendor engagement.
• Track and report learning effectiveness and adoption using KPI and feedback.
