Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a strategic, hands-on L&D leader to own a major transformation of our learning function. You will shape enterprise learning strategy, career pathways, and an LMS strategy that scales across field operations and corporate teams, partnering with Safety, Operations, and HR to translate business needs into capability gains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive L&D/organizational development leadership with hands-on strategy design and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Experience designing development solutions for blue-collar/field and white-collar professionals within a single organization.
• Direct ownership of LMS strategy: platform selection, governance, and scaling across a diverse organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise learning strategy, including curriculum architecture and leadership development programs.
• Own career development framework, skills matrices, and succession planning advisor to HR Partners.
• Lead Learning Technology & Infrastructure, from platform evaluation to governance and reporting across states.
• Set instructional design standards grounded in adult learning theory for a blue-collar workforce.
• Lead and develop training, compliance training, and skills matrices teams with a focus on strategic thinking and execution.
