Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Learning and Development Director to lead learning strategy, governance, and enterprise infrastructure. You will align workforce needs with a scalable learning roadmap and manage learning technology, standards, and analytics.

Working with executives and HR, you will drive career-aligned development experiences, learning journeys, and programs that move beyond individual events to enterprise-wide impact. A strong background in civil construction learning is preferred.

• Translate organizational priorities into a scalable learning strategy.
• Establish governance, standards and analytics for enterprise learning.
• Lead development of learning roadmap, architecture, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise learning strategy and multi-year roadmap.

• Build programs, processes, systems and standards for consistent learning delivery.
