Job summary

Responsibilities include directing operations, coaching personnel, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing employee concerns while maintaining a safe, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Six months supervisory or related experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team and manage safety programs.

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
