Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in supervising package handlers or similar fast-paced environments.
• Ability to hire, coach, train and evaluate staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Assign and manage employees to optimize throughput and control costs.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and administer safety and employee relations strategies.
