Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition, and performance evaluation.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Analyze operations performance and implement improvement actions.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals; public speaking as needed.
