Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory or similar leadership experience in logistics/fulfillment.
• Experience implementing safety policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staffing to ensure smooth flow.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages and compliance with FXG policies.
• Mentor developing supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
• Communicate operational updates in meetings and to teams.
