ShipMonk in Pittston, PA is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead 25-30 associates at our fulfillment center. You will own the team, the processes, and the numbers, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and collaborating with other supervisors to keep the building running smoothly.

You'll monitor KPIs, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend/holiday availability and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years leading a team in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with data: not just reading reports, but asking questions and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communicator: team should always know where they stand and what good looks like.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, or overtime when the operation needs it.
• Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Start the shift with a team huddle: set pace, flag priorities, ensure everyone knows what a good day looks like.
• Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust labor allocation, throughput, accuracy, and safety.
• Coach associates on the floor and drive continuous improvement.
• Address cross-department hand-offs and resolve issues without waiting for others.
• Review process data to identify better ways and implement changes.
• Onboard new associates and get them to full productivity quickly.
• Keep area clean, safe, and compliant with equipment and sanitation standards.
