Job summary

ShipMonk in Pittston, PA, is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Day Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates in our Pittston fulfillment operations. You will manage daily tasks, KPIs, labor, and safety while driving continuous improvement.

You report to a Warehouse Manager and collaborate with operations leaders to ensure smooth, safe, and productive shift execution and ongoing development of your team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience leading teams and holding people accountable to performance expectations.
• Comfort working with operational data and using metrics to identify problems and improve results.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust before a small problem becomes a big one.
• Manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Coach associates on the floor and help them improve.
• Adjust labor and priorities as volume and business needs change.
• Use operational data to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Onboard new associates and help them reach full productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
