Qualifications

• Interest in building a career in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or people leadership (early-career)
• Exposure to the field via internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work, campus, athletics, or volunteer roles
• Comfort working with data and metrics to understand performance and solve problems; strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to spend most of the shift on the fulfillment floor with your team
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety
• Learn how to allocate labor based on volume and priorities
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes
• Coach associates and provide clear, timely feedback
• Partner with Operations leaders and HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Help onboard and train new associates
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve processes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area
• Learn the operation from the floor up while progressively taking greater ownership
