• 2+ years leadership in warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Start shift with a team huddle and set clear priorities
• Lead and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change
• Coach associates directly on the floor and address performance issues early
• Train and onboard new associates
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety
• Ensure strong handoffs between shifts and communicate results clearly
