ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Louisville to lead a team of 25–30 associates on a fast-paced fulfillment floor. You will coach, monitor KPIs, and drive daily priorities to keep operations efficient and safe.

You will partner with HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering to solve problems, allocate labor, and implement continuous improvement. This is an on-site, early-career leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Early-career candidates with internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or relevant exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work, campus groups, athletics, or team environments.
• Comfort working with data and metrics to understand performance and problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Learn how to allocate labor based on volume and priorities, and use data to identify root causes.
• Coach associates and provide clear, timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations leaders and teams across HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering.
• Help onboard and train new associates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
• Learn the operation from the floor up while progressively taking greater ownership.
