ShipMonk in Pittston, PA is seeking an Operations Supervisor for on-site fulfillment operations. This is an early-career leadership role overseeing 25–30 associates, coaching performance, using data to drive improvements, and delivering frontline results.

You’ll learn the business quickly, lead daily priorities, run shift huddles, ensure safety and quality, and partner with HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Leadership potential demonstrated through work, campus organizations, athletics, volunteer leadership, or team environments.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the shift on the fulfillment floor working directly with your team.
• Comfort working with data and metrics to understand performance and solve problems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Learn how to allocate labor based on volume and operational priorities.
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes.
• Coach associates and provide clear, timely feedback.
• Partner with Operations leaders and teams across HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering.
• Help onboard and train new associates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
• Learn the operation from the floor up while progressively taking greater ownership.
