ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift for our Pittston fulfillment operations. You will lead a group of 25–30 associates, set priorities, coach, and drive performance on the night shift to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.

You’ll monitor real-time metrics, adjust labor as volumes change, and collaborate with other departments to keep the operation safe and productive. This role is on-site in Pittston, PA, with opportunities to grow within ShipMonk’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in warehouse operations or similar environments.
• Ability to coach, direct, and develop a team on night shift.
• Comfort using KPIs to drive performance.
• Willing to work overnight and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25–30 associates on the night shift and set priorities.
• Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and attendance in real time.
• Coach, develop, and address performance issues on the floor.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve flow.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth shift handoffs.
