Job summary

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of 25–30 associates in Pittston, PA. You’ll own the night operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coach the floor to hit KPIs.

You’ll make real-time decisions, adjust labor, and partner with other departments to keep orders moving for ecommerce brands. This is an on-site role with clear expectations and opportunities to grow within ShipMonk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong coaching and people-leadership skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates on the night shift.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time.
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Use performance data to identify root causes and improve results.
• Train and onboard new associates and ensure inventory accuracy.
