Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project execution across the US and Canada, from sales handover to service transition. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedule and budget, and ensure safety and quality while delivering customer value.

The role requires deep North American wind-execution experience, strong contractual discipline, and the ability to influence senior customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex energy, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in wind project execution preferred in North America.
• Strong commercial and contractual discipline and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance across the full lifecycle from Sales-to-PM handover to Service handover.
• Own integrated project performance balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and cash collection.
• Serve as primary customer interface with executives and project teams.
• Establish and maintain project controls, baselines, and documentation governance.
• Coordinate contractual changes, invoicing, and claims strategy with various stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead project managers and cross-functional teams.
