Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large wind projects in the United States and Canada. The role interfaces with Commercial PM, Site Management, Engineering, Logistics, Construction, and Finance to protect safety, quality, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex energy or large-scale construction projects in the US/Canada.
• 8+ years wind project management leadership.
• Proven track record with customer governance and contracts.
• Strong ability to mentor project teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project governance across full lifecycle from handover to Service.
• Own integrated project performance balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and cash.
• Interface with customers and internal leaders to report status and risks.
• Establish and maintain project controls including schedule and risk registers.
• Coordinate change orders, claims, and contract administration with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor project managers and site teams to improve governance and delivery.
