Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project execution in the United States and Canada. You will coordinate across commercial, site, engineering, logistics and service teams, ensuring safety, quality and financial targets are met on large, strategic wind projects.

You bring deep North American wind-execution experience, strong contractual discipline, and the leadership maturity to engage senior customer executives while safeguarding margins and cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years leading complex energy or wind projects.
• Strong contract and commercial discipline with risk focus.
• Experience influencing customer executives and partners.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance across the full lifecycle from sales handover to service handover.
• Maintain integrated performance: safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash.
• Interface with customers and internal Nordex leadership to manage expectations.
• Establish project controls: schedule baselines, milestones, risk logs.
• Coordinate with legal, sourcing, and finance on amendments and payments.
• Mentor PMs and site leaders; coach teams on governance and risk.
• Travel to project sites and customer offices as required.
