Nordex SE in the United States seeks an Operations Project Manager to drive execution readiness for clean power plant projects. You will collect data, shape operational strategies, and hand over to Construction for execution, coordinating multiple departments to keep milestones on track.

Effective communication, budgeting, and risk management are essential as you lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with the full life cycle of power projects and business development.
• Excellent written and oral communications with proven project planning.
• Must possess working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision.
• Knowledge of financial management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. excel, word).
• Driving is an essential function of the job; full valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departments: Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, Commissioning.
• Update weekly execution readiness template with deadlines and progress; manage alarms.
• Update weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
• Perform Execution Readiness tasks for Construction until site is identified.
• Act as link between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs to control readiness of main components via PCT department.
• Provide offsite support to projects in execution as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
