Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead execution readiness for renewable power plant projects and handover to Construction teams. You will coordinate multiple departments, track deadlines, and manage KPIs to ensure on-time project readiness.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and at least four years of related experience. Strong communication, budgeting and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Familiarity with full lifecycle of power projects and business development.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and communicate across teams.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and contract awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate primary value-chain activities across Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
• Update the execution readiness template weekly with deadlines and progress.
• Maintain weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
• Lead Execution Readiness tasks for Construction until site team is identified.
• Act as the link between PMEPC and Nacelles/Blades GLFs via the PCT round table.
• Provide offsite support to projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
