Nordex North America seeks an Operations Project Manager to drive execution readiness for renewable power projects. You will collect and shape operations strategies with your team to ensure a smooth handover to Construction for execution.

Key responsibilities include coordinating safety, planning, logistics, and quality, updating readiness templates and KPI dashboards, and acting as the link between departments to ensure readiness of major components.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with full life cycle of power projects and business development.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with a proven track record in project planning.
• Working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of financial management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to present information and respond to groups of managers and customers.

Mansioni

• Coordinate departments in the value chain: Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
• Update the project execution readiness template weekly with deadlines and progress.
• Maintain weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
• Perform Execution Readiness tasks for Construction until site team is identified.
• Serve as liaison between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs to control readiness of main components.
• Provide offsite support to projects in execution as needed.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
